1. Non-registered Service Providers.
    1. Non-registered SP’s will be notified about a complaint made about them no less than 10 working days before the written report (complaint) is automatically published on medi-cop.co.za with or without a response.
    2. If you as the SP make the decision to register as a SP Who Responds or SP Member, the rules for those categories will be applicable.
  1. Service Providers (SP) Who Respond
    1. Register as a Service Provider Who Responds and have access to:
      1. Written reports:
        1. The SP will be informed about a complaint made about them no less than 10 working days before the written report (complaint) is automatically published on medi-cop.co.za with or without a response from the SP.
        2. As a registered SP who responds to complaints, you will have access to the written reports made about you as SP and the name, e-mail address & cell phone number of the person who made the complaint. This will give you as the SP the opportunity to respond directly to the complainant.
        3. As a registered SP you will have the opportunity to respond in writing on medi-cop.co.za to the complaint before it is published. There will be an administrative fee to reply to the complaint. (Read more)
        4. The complainant will be reminded 10 working days after the complaint comes up for publishing to give a second response. If the complainant is happy with your response, he / she can change the complaint to a compliment in their follow-up report.
        5. As soon as Medi-COP receives a second response from the complainant, the SP will be reminded and have the opportunity to give a follow-up report. No administrative fee for a second response.
